研究目的：

干燥综合征是一种主要累及外分泌腺的慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病，也称为累及外分泌腺的自身免疫性性疾病。腮腺是分泌量最大的唾液腺，慢性炎症对腮腺的损害更为严重，导致唾液分泌减少。曲安奈德作为一种长期的糖皮质激素，能有效抑制慢性炎症反应。提示经腮腺导管注入曲安奈德可抑制干燥综合征引起的慢性炎症反应，保护腮腺功能，促进唾液分泌。因此，我们设计了这项前瞻性随机对照研究，以确定用于腮腺灌洗的曲安普洛酮对干燥综合征患者唾液分泌的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Sjogren's syndrome is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease mainly involving exocrine glands, also known as an autoimmune disease that affects exocrine tissues. The parotid gland, as the salivary gland with the largest amount of secretion, is more seriously damaged by chronic inflammation, resulting in decreased salivary secretion. As a long-term glucocorticoid, triamcinolone acetonide can effectively inhibit chronic inflammatory responses. It is suggested that the use of triamcinolone acetonide to the parotid gland through the parotid duct can inhibit the chronic inflammatory response caused by Sjogren's syndrome, protecting the function of the parotid gland, and promoting salivation. Therefore, we designed this prospective randomized controlled study to determine the effect of triamcinolone acetonide for parotid gland lavage on the salivary secretion of patients with Sjogren's syndrome.

Patients with overlap syndrome, systemic systemic diseases and salivary gland acute infectious diseases.
