研究目的:

本研究结合传统运动干预方式和现代科学监测手段,拟观察健身气功对帕金森患者的神经可塑性递质,肠菌群,平衡、肌肉力量,抑郁、认知等指标的影响。通过科学的方法和具体的数据探索以健身气功为基础的新的神经保护治疗策略和了解神经保护机制的重要意义。  

Objectives of Study:

Combined with traditional exercise intervention and modern scientific monitoring methods, this study aims to observe the effects of fitness Qigong on neural plasticity, neurotransmitters, intestinal flora, balance, muscle strength, depression, cognition, and other indicators in patients with Parkinson's disease. Through scientific methods and specific data to explore new neuroprotective treatment strategies based on fitness Qigong and understand the significance of neuroprotective mechanism.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.除帕金森病外,有其他任何神经功能缺损的病史;
2.有其他慢性疾病,特别是心脑血管疾病(包括高血压、脑卒中和冠心病等)、癌症、糖尿病、关节疾病、慢性呼吸性疾病或其他不适宜参加测试的疾病;
3.目前正在参与其它行为或药理学研究的锻炼计划;
4.简明精神状态检查量表评分低于27分;
5.身体衰弱或视力受损,无法理解测试内容等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Except for Parkinson's disease, there is a history of any other neurological deficits;
2. There are other chronic diseases, especially cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (including hypertension, stroke, coronary heart disease, etc.), cancer, diabetes, joint diseases, chronic respiratory diseases or other diseases that are not suitable for testing;
3. Currently participating in other behavioral or pharmacological research exercise programs;
4. Concise mental status check scale score is less than 27 points;
5. Physical weakness or impaired vision, unable to understand the test content, etc.
