研究目的：

本研究为“老年人失能失智预防干预”项目的子研究，目的旨在对轻度认知受损老人开展生活方式综合干预，预防或延缓认知功能进一步降低。

Objectives of Study：

As a substudy of "Chinese Geriatric Intervention Study to Prevent Cognitive Decline and Disability" , this study aims to conduct integrated lifestyle intervention in the older people with mild cognitive impairment, to prevent or delay further cognitive decline.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.极度衰弱或活动性癫痫者、严重肝肾疾病、精神疾病和癌症等无法完成干预活动者。2. 正在接受认知功能治疗或康复者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects who are unable to complete the intervention activities, such as those with extreme weakness, active epilepsy, serious liver disease or renal disease, mental illness and cancer, etc. 2. Be under treatment for cognitive function improvement or rehabilitation.

每个干预县区选择1个街道进行认知功能干预研究，在此街道选取4个社区（村），将4个社区随机分组，每个社区为一组。每组15人左右，每个县区共约60人。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

One street in each intervention county was selected for cognitive function intervention study. Four communities (villages) were randomly selected in this street and divided into four groups, with each community as one group. About 15 people in each group, about 60 people in each county.
