研究目的：

本研究旨在比较丙泊酚和环泊酚不同给药方案在高龄患者行胃镜诊疗过程中的安全性和有效性，以期为老年患者胃镜诊疗的麻醉用药提供一定的理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to compare the safety and efficacy of different administration regimens of propofol and cyclopropofol in gastroscopic diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients, in order to provide some theoretical basis for gastroscopic diagnosis and treatment of anesthetic drugs in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拟行气管插管（包括喉罩）的患者；
2.急性心力衰竭；不稳定型心绞痛；筛选前6个月内发生心肌梗塞；静息心电图心率<50次/分；三度房室传导阻滞；严重心律失常；中重度的心脏瓣膜病变；
3.患有严重呼吸道病变（阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、急性呼吸道感染、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期、未受控制的哮喘等）的患者；
4.患有精神系统疾病（精神分裂症、躁狂症、两极型异常、精神错乱等）及长期服用精神类药物史及认知功能障碍者；
5.研究者判定为呼吸道管理困难（改良马氏评分为IV级）患者；
6.贫血或者血小板减少：Hb < 90g/L，PLT < 80 x 10^9/L；
7.2年内有药物滥用史、吸毒史和酗酒史；
8.未接受正规降压治疗或血压控制不佳的患者（收缩压>=160 mmHg或<=90 mmHg，和/或舒张压>=100 mmHg）；
9.对苯二氮卓类药物、阿片类药物、丙泊酚等药物及其药物组分过敏或有禁忌者；
10.近3个月内作为受试者参加过其他药物临床试验；
11.研究者认为不宜参加此试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients undergoing endotracheal intubation (including laryngeal mask);
2.Acute heart failure; unstable angina pectoris; myocardial infarction within 6 months before screening; resting ECG heart rate < 50 beats / min; third degree atrioventricular block; severe arrhythmia; moderate to severe valvular heart disease.
3.Patients with severe respiratory diseases (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, acute respiratory infection, acute episode of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, uncontrolled asthma, etc.);
4.Patients with mental diseases (schizophrenia, mania, bipolar abnormalities, insanity, etc.) and long-term use of psychotropic drugs and cognitive impairment.
5.Patients with difficulty in respiratory tract management (modified Ma's score was IV);
6.Anemia or thrombocytopenia: Hb < 90g/L, PLT < 80 x 10^9/L;
7.History of drug abuse, drug use and alcohol abuse within 2 years;
8.Patients who did not receive formal antihypertensive treatment or poorly controlled blood pressure (systolic blood pressure >= 160mmHg or <= 90mmHg, and / or diastolic blood pressure >= 100mmHg).
9.Patients are allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol and their drug components;
10.Have participated in clinical trials of other drugs as subjects in the past 3 months;
11.The researchers believe that patients should not participate in this trial.
