研究目的：

本研究旨在探究艾司氯胺酮与右美托咪定在降低小儿扁桃体切除术后躁动发生的比较，以期为临床提供用药依据，降低小儿术后躁动发生率，使患儿术后复苏更平稳，减少术后并发症，降低自伤和意外移除手术敷料、静脉导管和导尿管的风险，降低患儿的不适感，加速术后康复。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the comparison of esketamine and dexmedetomidine in reducing the incidence of restlessness after tonsillectomy in children, in order to provide clinical evidence for medication, reducing the incidence of restlessness in children after surgery, and making the postoperative recovery of children more stable.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有血压或颅内压升高严重风险的患者；
2.控制不佳的或未经治疗的高血压患者（动脉高血压，静息收缩压/舒张压超过180/100mmHg）；
3.未经治疗或者治疗不足的甲状腺功能亢进患者；
4.自闭症患儿；
5.合并心脏传导阻滞者；
6.心功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients at serious risk of increased blood pressure or intracranial pressure;
2. Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (arterial hypertension, resting systolic/diastolic blood pressure exceeding 180/100mmHg);
3. Untreated or undertreated patients with hyperthyroidism;
4. Children with autism;
5. Patients with heart block;
6. People with cardiac insufficiency.

盲法：	双盲。一名独立研究者负责麻醉实施过程，另外一名负责数据收集。研究药物由负责分组的麻醉医师配置，所有的手术相关人员包括病人、护士、外科医生以及独立研究者对于所用的药物和分组均不知情。
Blinding：	Double blind. An independent researcher is responsible for the anesthesia implementation process, and the other is responsible for data collection. The study drugs are configured by the anesthesiologist in charge of the grouping, and all the operation-related personnel including patients, nurses, surgeons, and independent investigators are not aware of the drugs used and the grouping.
