研究目的:

本研究拟通过动态测定具有NEC发病高危因素(腹胀、呕吐、腹泻、感染指标升高等)的的早产儿粪便菌群及SCFAs(乙酸、丁酸、丙酸及异戊酸)含量变化;结合住院期间发生NEC的情况,回溯分析NEC组与非NEC组患儿的肠道菌群及SCFAs水平变化,明确其早期预测NEC的界值,构建预测NEC的模型,为降低NEC发病率及病死率提供科学依据。分析比较NEC组患儿中手术治疗与非手术治疗患儿粪便肠道菌群和SCFAs水平变化,从而为早期判断NEC预后提供依据,以期改善NEC患儿预后。  

Objectives of Study:

This study intends to dynamically determine the changes in the gut microbiota and SCFAs (acetic acid, butyric acid, propionic acid and isovaleric acid et al.) content of premature infants with high risk factors for NEC (abdominal distension, vomiting, diarrhea, elevated infection indicators, etc.); combined with hospitalization during the occurrence of NEC, retrospective analysis of the changes in the intestinal flora and SCFAs levels of children in the NEC group and non-NEC group, to clarify the threshold for early prediction of NEC, and to construct a model for predicting NEC to provide information for reducing the incidence and mortality of NEC Scientific basis. To analyze and compare the changes in fecal gut microbiota and SCFAs levels of children with surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment in the NEC group, so as to provide a basis for early judgment of the prognosis of NEC, with a view to improving the prognosis of children with NEC.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 住院期间死于非 NEC 所致的患儿;
2. 存在先天性消化道畸形患儿(如先天性肠闭锁、巨结肠、肠旋转不良等);
3. 住院期间放弃治疗者;
4. 未完成粪便菌群及SCFAs测定者;
5. 不愿参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Children who die during hospitalization due to non-NEC;
2. Children with congenital gastrointestinal malformations (such as congenital intestinal atresia, megacolon, intestinal malrotation, etc.);
3. Children who give up treatment during hospitalization ;
4. Children who have not completed the determination of gut microbiota and SCFAs;
5. Children who do not want to participate in this study.
