通过嗅觉主客观功能测试的方法评估功能性内镜鼻窦手术（FESS）对慢性鼻窦炎伴或不伴鼻息肉患者嗅觉恢复的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery on the recovery of smell in patients with chronic sinusitis with or without nasal polyps through the method of olfactory subjective and objective function testing.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 主动要求退出者，依从性差不能配合定期随访及治疗观察者；
2. 受试者有以下疾病：囊性纤维化、先天性纤毛运动障碍、鼻肿瘤、鼻面部畸形、造成鼻腔阻塞的鼻面部外伤史、侵袭性或非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎、鼻窦解剖异常的患者；
3. 伴有严重的代谢、心血管、免疫、神经、血液、消化、脑血管或呼吸系统疾病，或经研究员评估可能影响研究结果或影响受试者安全的疾病；
4. 术中术后出现严重全身并发症，出现眶及颅内并发症等；
5. 目前正在参加其他临床研究或30天以内参加过其他临床研究者，或直接参与此研究的工作人员；
6. 有精神疾病史、对抗性格、不良动机、多疑或其他情感或智力问题，可能影响参与研究的知情有效性者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who voluntarily ask to withdraw, have poor compliance and cannot cooperate with regular follow-up and treatment observers;
2. Subjects have the following diseases: cystic fibrosis, congenital ciliary dyskinesia, nasal tumors, nasal and facial deformities, history of nasal and facial trauma causing nasal cavity obstruction, invasive or non-invasive fungal sinusitis, sinus anatomy abnormal patients;
3. Accompanied by severe metabolic, cardiovascular, immune, neurological, blood, digestive, cerebrovascular or respiratory diseases, or diseases that may affect the results of the research or affect the safety of the subjects evaluated by the researcher;
4. Severe systemic complications, orbital and intracranial complications occurred during and after the operation;
5. Those who are currently participating in other clinical research or have participated in other clinical research within 30 days, or directly participating in this research;
6. Those who have a history of mental illness, confrontational personality, bad motivation, suspiciousness, or other emotional or intellectual problems that may affect the informed effectiveness of participating in the research.
