研究目的：

明确神经导航下iTBS刺激基于组水平上与sgACC功能连接负相关最强的DLPFC位点治疗LLD的疗效和安全性，找出疗效相关的基线因素，寻找iTBS治疗前后的功能影像学改变。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the efficacy and safety of the DLPFC site with the strongest negative correlation with sgACC function in the treatment of LLD based on iTBS stimulation under neuronavigation, find out the baseline factors related to the efficacy, and look for the functional imaging changes before and after iTBS treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

符合DSM-IV轴Ⅰ任一其他诊断标准；甲状腺功能减退、维生素B12或叶酸缺乏、梅毒感染、中风；患心、肝、肾等躯体疾病不能耐受本研究；有TMS治疗、MRI检查等禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

Meet any other diagnostic criteria of DSM-IV axis I; hypothyroidism, vitamin B12 or folic acid deficiency, syphilis infection, stroke; heart, liver, kidney and other physical diseases cannot tolerate this study; there are contraindications for TMS treatment, MRI examination, etc. disease.
