探究全腔镜下低位直肠癌根治中反穿刺法置入吻合器抵钉座联合单荷包缝合直肠残端的安全性及疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and efficacy of reverse puncture stapler insertion combined with single-purse suture for rectal stump in the radical treatment of low rectal cancer under total endoscopy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

系膜肥厚不能残端外翻，预防性造口，急诊手术直肠癌合并肠梗阻，出血，穿孔。

Exclusion criteria：

Mesangial hypertrophy can not valgus the stump, prophylactic stomy, emergency surgery rectal cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction, bleeding, perforation.
