研究目的：

介绍应用自体骨组织的骨瓣筋膜交叉嵌入法（CEFB）联用鼻中隔带蒂粘膜瓣（PNSF）或不联用鼻中隔带蒂粘膜瓣作为一种颅底重建的方法，并评估其在经鼻内镜手术（EES）术中1～3级脑脊液（CSF）漏的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To introduce the cruciate embedding fascia-bone flap (CEFB) as a skull base reconstruction technique using autologous bone flap graft to buttress fascia lata to attach to skull base defect with or without using pedicle vascularized nasoseptal flap (PNSF), and evaluate its efficacy on a consecutive case series of intraoperative grade 1-3 cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) leak in endoscopic endonasal surgery (EES).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者合并有其他非颅底中线肿瘤；
2.既往有颅底骨折病史或手术史；
3.患者基础情况差，不能耐受手术者;
4.复发肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient was diagnosed with non-skull base midline tumors;
2. Patient with history of skull base fracture or operation;
4. Patient with poor health condition and could not tolerate the operation;
5. Patient with tumor recurrence.
