纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重疾病（包括心脏病、心力衰竭、未控制的高血压、糖尿病、严重慢性肺病、慢性肾病等） ；
2.时间上无法保证参与整个研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe medical conditions (including heart disease, heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, severe chronic lung disease, chronic kidney disease, etc.);
2. Participation in the whole study cannot be guaranteed in time.
