主要目的 探究STN-DBS程控参数改变对于PD相关疼痛的短期疗效。 次要目的 (1). 探寻PD相关疼痛患者在STN-DBS治疗后的适宜刺激参数。 (2). 探索STN-DBS刺激参数对不同PD相关疼痛类型的的疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose Explore the short-term effects of STN-DBS programming on PD-related pain. Secondary purpose (1) Explore the appropriate stimulation parameters for patients with PD-related pain after STN-DBS. (2) Explore the effect of STN-DBS stimulation parameters on different PD-related pain types.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在精神、心理、认知障碍，不能配合随访；
2. 除外DBS术后运动症状控制差或仍有患者无法忍受的明显程控副反应患者；
3. 除外其他引发头痛的疾病（如颅内占位，脑血管疾病，偏头痛等）；
4. 排除其他全身造成的疼痛的疾病（如尿毒症、腰椎间盘突出、免疫性关节炎或其他确诊疼痛疾病等）；
5. 除外在确诊帕金森病之前的疼痛；
6. 除外手术引起的相关疼痛（如导线或刺激器处伤口引发的疼痛）；
7. 除外持续规律服用止痛药物等其他疼痛治疗手段者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are mental, psychological, and cognitive impairments and cannot cooperate with follow-up;
2. Exclude patients with serious motor symptoms after DBS or with obvious programing side effects that the patient cannot tolerate;
3. Exclude other diseases that cause headaches (such as intracranial space, cerebrovascular disease, migraine, etc.);
4. Exclude other painful diseases caused by the whole body (such as uremia, lumbar disc herniation, immune arthritis or other diagnosed pain diseases, etc.);
5. Exclude pain before diagnosis of Parkinson's disease;
6. Exclude the related pain caused by the operation (such as the pain caused by the wound at the lead or stimulator);
7. Except those who take pain medications and other pain treatments on a regular basis.
