研究目的：

通过对慢性意识障碍患者进行三叉神经电刺激治疗，利用PET-CT观察大脑皮层葡萄糖代谢的情况。明确三叉神经电刺激对慢性意识障碍患者大脑皮层活动水平的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The patients with chronic disturbance of consciousness were treated with trigeminal nerve stimulation, and the glucose metabolism in cerebral cortex was observed by PET-CT. To determine the effect of trigeminal nerve stimulation on the activity level of cerebral cortex in patients with chronic disturbance of consciousness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

头面部大面积皮肤破损、感染；糖尿病；合并生命体征不稳定的其他疾病；应用镇静剂或麻醉药物。

Exclusion criteria：

Extensive skin damage and infection in the head and face; diabetes; other diseases with unstable vital signs; use of sedatives or anesthetics.
