研究目的：

观察妇科腹腔镜患者术前超早期、术后早期、术后常规时间给予IPC治疗以及未行IPC治疗患者的下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防作用和安全性。通过全身血流动力学监测、凝血功能监测、下肢血流量监测以了解何种方式预防下肢DVT最有效，哪种方法能够有效预测DVT的发生，以及IPC治疗有无副作用  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect and safety of intermittent air pressure therapy (IPC) on the prevention of DVT in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery in the preoperative super early stage and the early postoperative PACU. By detecting the blood flow rate of lower limbs, the content of blood d-dimer, the hemodynamics of the whole body at different time points, and judging the formation of DVT by ultrasound, the effectiveness of early and early IPC in preventing DVT of lower limbs, the indicators to predict the occurrence of DVT, and the side effects of IPC treatment were understood.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并有高血压、血液病、下肢静脉血栓病史、静脉曲张手术病史、下肢皮肤炎症、术前凝血功能异常的患者。使用雌激素患者、孕期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with hypertension, hematopathy, history of venous thrombosis in lower extremities, history of varicose vein surgery, inflammation of lower extremities and abnormal preoperative coagulation function were combined. Patients using estrogen, pregnant patients.
