研究目的：

纵向研究母亲肠道菌群对婴儿肠道菌群的影响：a).母亲服用益生菌前后母乳、母亲和婴儿肠道菌群结构和细菌多样性是否发生变化；b).研究母乳喂养和非母乳喂养的母亲口服益生菌能否将益生乳酸菌传递给其婴儿；c).研究母亲口服益生菌前后对婴儿肠道菌群的影响，研究益生菌株能否在母婴间进行垂直传递。  

Objectives of Study：

A study on the effects of maternal gut microbiota on infant: a). Analyze the changes in maternal administration of probiotics to the bacterial diversity and community of breast milk, maternal and infant gut; b). To investigate whether probiotics for breast-feeding and non-breast-feeding mothers can transmit to their infants; c). study the effects of maternal taking probiotics on the infant gut microbiota.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 未按要求服用者；
② 不配合随访者；
③ 妊娠期或哺乳期重大疾病；
④ 采集标本前1个月服用影响肠道菌群药物者；
⑤ 治疗及观察期间服用其它影响肠道菌群药物者；
⑥ 患有其它严重疾病，以及其它影响肠道菌群构成的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects failed to take probiotics as required;
2. Subjects could not cooperate with the visitors;
3. Subjects with serious diseases during pregnancy or lactation;
4. Patients who took drugs affecting gut microbiota one month before recruiting;
5. Subjects taking other drugs that affect gut microbiota during treatment and observation;
6. Subjects suffer from other serious diseases, and other diseases that affect the gut microbiota.
