研究目的:

本研究考察基于学校的正念干预对中国流动儿童的同辈关系的影响,并且探索干预有效的内在机制。具体的假设如下: 1.和控制组相比,正念组儿童的同辈关系有更大的提升; 2.和控制组相比,正念组儿童的自我概念和自我概念清晰度有更大的提升; 3.自我概念和自我概念清晰度在正念干预对同辈关系的影响中起中介作用。  

Objectives of Study:

This study will examine the effectiveness of school-based MBIs on the peer relations of Chinese migrant children, and explore the therapeutic mechanism of the intervention. Several research hypotheses are formulated: 1. Mindfulness group would experience greater improvement in peer relations than the controls. 2. Mindfulness group would report greater improvement in self-concept and self-concept clarity than the controls. 3. Self-concept and self-concept clarity mediate the effects of mindfulness training on peer relations.

被诊断有有严重精神疾病;或被诊断为有特殊教育需求(如自闭症等)。

Exclusion criteria:

Diagnosis of severe mental illness (e.g. psychosis)or diagnosis of special education needs (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder).
