比较新型导航系统辅助全膝关节置换术与传统全膝关节置换术的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the outcomes of new navigation-assisted total knee arthroplasty with conventional total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的系统性疾病；
2.严重的神经肌肉疾病；
3.肿瘤病人；
4.感染病人；
5.体重指数（BMI）＞40kg/m2；
6.既往股骨或胫骨骨折病史；
7.既往股骨或胫骨截骨术病史；
8.同侧髋关节僵硬；
9.膝关节翻修手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Subject has severe systemic disease;
2.Subject has severe neuromuscular disease;
3.Subject has a tumor;
4.Subject has active infection;
5.Subject is morbidly obese with a BMI greater than 40;
6.Subject has a history of femoral or tibial fracture;
7.Subject has a history of femoral of tibial osteotomy;
8.Subject has a ipsilateral stiff hip joint;
9.Subject receives revision knee surgery.
