研究目的：

主要目的： 1.应用超声心动图无创评估全身麻醉对患者左心室-动脉耦联的影响； 2.探讨心室-动脉耦联参数及其与全麻诱导后低血压的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1.Echocardiography was used to evaluate the effect of general anesthesia on the left ventriculo-arterial coupling in patients; 2. To investigate the relationship between the parameters of left ventriculo-arterial coupling and hypotension induced by general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心脏瓣膜疾病、周围血管疾病、射血分数低于40％的患者；
2.糖尿病患者；
3.尿毒症患者；
4.超声心动图无法准确测量或者辨别经胸超声图像患者；
5.数据丢失或者图像质量不佳。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiac valvular disease, peripheral vascular disease and ejection fraction less than 40%;
2. Diabetic patients;
3. patients with uremia;
4. Echocardiography cannot accurately measure or identify patients with transthoracic ultrasound images;
5. Data loss or poor image quality.
