研究目的：

为了研究不同浓度的人工泪液对屈光手术术前不同眼表状态的患者的角膜曲率及视觉质量测量值的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to study the effects of different concentrations of artificial tears on the measured values of corneal curvature and visual quality in patients with different ocular surface states before refractive surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

结膜囊内滴入1滴0.1%(低浓度组)或0.3%（高浓度组）的玻璃酸钠滴眼液。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1 drop of 0.1% (low concentration group) or 0.3% (high concentration group) sodium hyaluronate eye drops were dropped into the conjunctival sac. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.任何角膜病变；
2.检查前24小时使用任何眼药水或必要的局部眼科治疗；
3.活动性眼或鼻过敏，角膜或结膜感染；
4.泪道功能异常；
5.4级干眼；
6.眼睑畸形；
7.眼科手术或外伤史

Exclusion criteria：

1.Any corneal pathology.
2.The use of any eye drops 24 hours before the examination, a necessity for any topical eye therapy.
3.active ocular or nasal allergies,corneal or conjunctival infection.
4.abnormalities of the nasolacrimal drainage apparatus.
5.level 4 dry-eye severity.
6.eyelid deformities.
7.preceding ocular surgery or trauma.
