研究目的：

本研究通过重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）治疗抑郁症，在治疗前后测定患者血清BDNF水平，使用WCST和MoCA评估其认知功能，HAMD和HAMA评估其抑郁及可能伴随的焦虑症状，从而了解rTMS联合抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症的疗效，其与血清BDNF的相关性，以及rTMS治疗对抑郁症患者认知功能的影响，并通过随访了解其对抑郁症患者认知功能后续影响变化。本研究拟阐明，血清BDNF浓度能作为判断rTMS治疗有效性的生物学指标，rTMS治疗能改善抑郁症患者认知功能障碍，并将其纳入抗抑郁一线治疗方案行列，从而为改善抑郁症患者的临床症状及认知功能提供更多的选择。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) was used to treat depression. Serum BDNF levels were measured before and after treatment. WCST and MOCA were used to evaluate cognitive function. HAMD and HAMA were used to evaluate depression and possible accompanying anxiety symptoms, so as to understand the efficacy of rTMS combined with antidepressants in the treatment of depression, its correlation with serum BDNF, and the effect of rTMS on cognitive function of patients with depression And through follow-up to understand its impact on cognitive function in patients with depression. This study intends to clarify that serum BDNF concentration can be used as a biological indicator to judge the effectiveness of rTMS treatment. RTMS treatment can improve the cognitive dysfunction of patients with depression, and it will be included in the first-line treatment of antidepressant, so as to provide more options for improving the clinical symptoms and cognitive function of patients with depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有严重躯体疾病或脑器质性疾病史；
脑损伤或头部手术史；
体内金属植入史；
接受MECT治疗或一个月内未接受rTMS治疗的患者；
癫痫和药物依赖史；
观察期内联合其他抗抑郁药或药物剂量变化的患者；
痴呆/发育迟缓伴行为障碍的诊断。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of severe physical disease or brain organic disease;
2. History of brain injury or head surgery;
3. History of metal implantation in the body;
4. Patients who had been treated with MECT or failed to receive rTMS within one month;
5. History of epilepsy and drug dependence;
6. Patients who were combined with other antidepressants or drug dose changes during the observation period;
7. Dementia/developmental delay diagnosis with behavioral disorder.
