研究目的：

本研究拟通过随机对照的方法评价经阴道单孔腹腔镜下Y网骶骨固定术、高位骶韧带术悬吊术及骶棘韧带固定术治疗盆腔器官脱垂的临床疗效、安全性和临床价值，为盆底器官脱垂患者寻找最佳的手术方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and clinic value of transvaginal single port laparoscopic sacral fixation, high uterosacral ligament suspension and sacrospinous ligament fixation in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse through a randomized controlled clinical trial, hoping to provide a appropriate surgical approach for pelvic organ prolapse.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有盆腔放疗史的患者；
2.有经阴道网片治疗脱垂史的患者；
3.有生育要求的女性；孕期或哺乳期的患者；
4.基础状态下检查发现有盆底肌肉痉挛引起的盆腔痛的患者；
5.有免疫疾病长期使用类固醇激素的患者；
6.目前吸烟的患者；
7.患有疼痛综合征，可能导致对盆腔痛的敏感性增加（比如纤维肌痛、膀胱疼痛综合征）的患者；
8.怀疑患恶性肿瘤的患者；
9.年龄过大，不能耐受手术或手术收益明显小于手术创伤的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of pelvic radiotherapy;
2. Patients with prolapse treated by transvaginal mesh;
3. Women with fertility requirements; pregnant or lactating patients;
4. The patients with pelvic pain caused by pelvic floor muscle spasm were found under basic condition;
5. Patients with long-term use of steroid hormone in immune diseases;
6. Current smokers;
7. Patients with pain syndrome, which may lead to increased sensitivity to pelvic pain (such as fibromyalgia, bladder pain syndrome);
8. Patients who may have malignant tumors;
9. Patients who are too old to tolerate surgery or whose surgical benefits are significantly smaller than surgical trauma.
