研究目的：

本项目研究拟计划对糖尿病足伴感染患者采集的样本进行病毒组检测及微生物组检测。 本研究的目的如下：1）从多组学角度探讨病毒多样性与糖尿病足感染严重程度、创面微生物组的相关性； 2）鉴定能够在创面上定植的新病毒，并评估其与感染、预后的相关性； 3）皮肤移植前创面病毒组及微生物组测序，结合临床指标鉴定及筛选与移植物存活、疤痕组织形成相关功能指示菌或病毒。  

Objectives of Study：

The aims of this study are to: 1) Explore the correlation between virome diversity and the severity of diabetic foot infection and bacterial microbiome. 2) Identify novel viruses that are able to colonize in the diabetic foot tissues, which are not possible to be discovered by analyzing healthy tissues owing to the low viral abundances, and assess their correlation with wound infection. 3) Identify and screen functional indicator bacteria or viruses related to graft survival and scar tissue formation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 难以控制的高血糖（如HbA1c >12.0%），糖尿病酮症酸中毒，非酮症高渗性昏者；
② 合并恶性肿瘤者；
③ 孕期或哺乳期妇女；
④ 研究者认为可能限制疗效评价或病人随访的其他疾病或精神病，难以配合研究顺利完成者；
⑤ 有严重未控制的疾病或全身急性感染者及合并其他严重肝、肾、心、肺、脑病等严重脏器疾病者；
⑥ 研究人员认为不宜纳入者；
⑦ 实验前3个月曾参加过其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Uncontrollable hyperglycemia (such as HbA1c > 12.0%), diabetic ketoacidosis, non-ketoosmotic coma;
(2) Complicated with malignant tumor;
(3) Pregnant or lactating women;
(4) Other diseases or mental illnesses that researchers think may limit efficacy evaluation or patient follow-up and are difficult to cooperate with the successful completion of the study;
(5) Patients with serious uncontrolled diseases or systemic acute infection or with other serious organ diseases such as liver, kidney, heart, lung and brain diseases;
(6) Those considered inappropriate by researchers;
(7) Those who had participated in other clinical trials in the three months before the experiment.
