研究目的：

1）收集炎性关节病患者和匹配健康人群、无关疾病患者全血、血浆、关节液、关节滑膜/软骨/骨等生物样本及相关临床数据；通过关键分子标记物与临床关键事件相关数据分析，建立炎性关节病的免疫分型队列； 2）在建立真实世界长期随访数据记录的基础上，初步形成能够评价发病危险因素、分析遗传特质、早期诊断、针对性治疗方案选择、疗效与复发预测以及评估疾病预后的炎性关节病精准治疗策略。

Objectives of Study：

1) To collect biological samples and related clinical data of whole blood, plasma, synovial fluid, articular synovium / cartilage / bone of patients with inflammatory arthropathy and matched healthy people and patients with unrelated diseases, and to establish an immunotyping cohort of inflammatory arthropathy through the analysis of data related to key molecular markers and clinical key events. 2) based on the establishment of real-world long-term follow-up data records, an accurate treatment strategy for inflammatory arthropathy has been initially formed, which can evaluate risk factors, analyze genetic characteristics, early diagnosis, select targeted treatment, predict efficacy and recurrence, and evaluate the prognosis of the disease.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）有淋巴增殖性疾病病史，或有可能是淋巴增殖性疾病的各种体征或症状。
2）有恶性肿瘤病史。
3）有精神或神经系统疾病，不愿意沟通或有语言障碍，不能充分理解和合作者。
4）研究者认为存在任何可能影响本研究进行或结果评价的其他因素。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Have a history of lymphoproliferative disease, or may be various signs or symptoms of lymphoproliferative disease.
2) have a history of malignant tumor.
3) have mental or neurological diseases, unwilling to communicate or have language barriers, unable to fully understand and collaborate.
4) the researchers believe that there are any other factors that may affect the conduct of this study or the evaluation of the results.
