研究目的：

通过前瞻性队列研究、应用3D彩色多普勒技术研究针刺干预薄型子宫内膜患者的容受性Salle评分以及临床妊娠率结局影响，以评价针刺治疗薄型子宫患者体外受精（IVF）妊娠结局的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture on in vitro fertilization (IVF) pregnancy outcomes in patients with thin endometrium, a prospective cohort study and 3D color Doppler technique were used to investigate the effects of acupuncture on receptive Salle score and clinical pregnancy rate outcomes in patients with thin endometrium.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有药物过敏或过敏体质者；
2.合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者；
3.经检查明确生殖器官畸形、生殖道炎症或肿瘤者；
4.接触致畸量的射线、毒物、药品且处于作用期；
5.单纯因男方因素行IVF-ET；
6.重度子宫粘连者及分粘术后患者；
7.内膜结核患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with drug allergy or allergic constitution;
2. Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, or mental diseases;
3. Those who have been found deformed reproductive organs, genital tract inflammation or tumor by examination;
4. Exposure to teratogenic radiation, poisons, drugs and in the period of action;
5. IVF-ET was performed solely due to male factors;
6. Patients with severe uterine adhesion and patients with post-adhesive separation;
7. Patients with endometrial tuberculosis.
