研究复发的自身免疫性脑炎患者口服吗替麦考酚脂的有效性及耐受性。  

Objectives of Study：

efficacy and tolerability of mycophenolate mofetil in patients with relapsing autoimmune encephalitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 患有人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染，脑脓肿，病毒疾病，脑疟疾，脑肿瘤或非传染性中枢神经系统疾病（例如急性脱髓鞘性脑脊髓炎（ADEM））的诊断的患者；
（2） 中枢神经系统感染了病毒，细菌，真菌，寄生虫或结核分枝杆菌（TB）的患者；
（3） 败血症或全身性炎症反应综合征继发的脑病患者；
（4） 在脑炎发作之前被诊断患有癫痫，脑外伤和/或其他神经系统疾病的患者；
（5） 血清和/或CSF实验室检查阳性的其他自身免疫性脑炎患者：a-氨基3-羟-5-羟基-5-甲基-4-异恶唑-丙酸（AMPA）受体抗体脑炎，谷氨酸脱羧酶（GAD）抗体脑炎;
（6） 缺乏关键临床数据的患者；
（7） 妊娠或哺乳的患者；
（8） 有使用MMF禁忌症的患者：如严重感染等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with (HIV) infection of human immunodeficiency virus, brain abscess, viral disease, brain malaria, brain tumor or non-communicable central nervous system disease (such as acute demyelinating encephalomyelitis (ADEM);
(2) patients with central nervous system infection of viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites or Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB).
(3) Encephalopathy secondary to septicemia or systemic inflammatory response syndrome;
(4) patients diagnosed with epilepsy, brain trauma and/or other neurological diseases before the onset of encephalitis.
(5) other autoimmune encephalitis patients with positive serum and/or CSF laboratory tests: a-amino 3-hydroxy-5-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolyl-propionate (AMPA) receptor antibody encephalitis, glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD) antibody encephalitis;
(6) patients lacking key clinical data;
(7) pregnant or breastfeeding patients.
(8) patients with contraindications using MMF, such as severe infection, etc.
