研究目的：

抑郁性失眠是伴发于抑郁症的躯体症状，主要表现为入睡困难、早醒、深睡眠及快速眼动相减少、醒后无法再入睡，给患者的工作生活带来了很大困扰，严重地影响了患者的生活质量，也给家人和社会带来巨大的压力和负担。失眠的严重程度与抑郁症的严重程度有直接关系，临床上多采用镇静催眠药或抗抑郁药治疗，但是治疗效果并不理想，且存在一定的副作用、成瘾性和反弹性。而针灸作为一种重要的中医治疗方法，具有操作简便、起效快、无副作用的特点，对于抑郁性失眠有兼顾的作用，且疗效显著，但是针灸治疗抑郁性失眠的临床研究内容匮乏。本研究旨在从临床角度出发，观察电针对抑郁性失眠的改善作用，为以后的治疗提供临床依据。

Objectives of Study：

Depressive insomnia is associated with somatic symptoms of depression, which is mainly manifested as difficulty falling asleep, waking up early, decreasing of deep sleep and rapid eye movement , difficulty getting back to sleep after waking up , which has brought great trouble to the patient's life, and seriously affected the quality of life of patients, and also has brought great pressure and burden to the family and society. The severity of insomnia has direct relationship with the severity of the depression, sedative hypnotics or more antidepressant treatment were used in clinical, but the treatment effect is not ideal, and there were some side-effect, addiction and elasticity. As an important treatment method of TCM,acupuncture and moxibustion has the advantages of simple operation, rapid onset, no side effects, and could achieve both depressive and insomnia, what is more, the curative effect was obvious, while the lack of research content about acupuncture in the treatment of depressive insomnia. The aim of this study was to observe the effect of Electroacupuncture on the improvement of depression insomnia, and to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）器质性疾病或药物引起的继发性抑郁障碍；
（2）双相情感障碍的抑郁发作，恶劣心境障碍,反应性抑郁障碍和其他疾病状态的抑郁综合症；
（3）精神分裂症等精神病性障碍继发性抑郁障碍；
（4）有酒或其他物质依赖或滥用证据者；
（5）脑器质性疾病和其他严重躯体疾病；
（6）妊娠、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) secondary depression caused by organic disease or drug;
(2) depressive episodes of bipolar affective disorder, severe mood disorder, depressive disorder, and other disease states;
(3) secondary depressive disorder of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders;
(4) evidence of alcohol or other substance dependence or abuse;
(5) brain organic disease or other severe somatic diseases;
(6) women in pregnancy or lactation.

本试验采用完全随机对照方法进行分组，通过操作SPSS18.0软件得出随机数字，并制成随机分配卡片，用不透明信封密封,信封序号与卡片序号相同。病例按其就诊的先后次序拆号码相同的信封,按信封内卡规定的分组将所观察的病例随机分为治疗组（针刺+SSRIs药物）60例，对照组1（非经非穴浅刺+ SSRIs药物）30例和对照组2（安慰剂假针刺+SSRIs药物）30例。
