研究目的：

基于超声造影定量分析和定性分析，分别探索Sonazoid-CEUS在慢性乙肝/丙肝或肝硬化背景下、脂肪肝或NAFLD背景下及正常肝背景下对FLL的诊断效能。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound, the diagnostic efficacy of Sonazoid-CEUS in the background of chronic hepatitis B/C or cirrhosis, fatty liver or NAFLD, and normal liver are respectively explored for the diagnostic efficacy of FLL.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 妊娠者；
2. 常规超声提示无明确肝脏占位，或有肝占位但无法获得病理组织结果；
3. 无法获得增强核磁或增强CT检查结果；
4. 已知受试者对全氟丁烷气体或Sonazoid的任何成分过敏；
5. 研究者认为受试者不适合参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant;
2. Routine ultrasound showed that there is no clear liver space, or there is liver space but no pathological tissue results can be obtained;
3. Unable to obtain the results of enhanced nuclear magnetic or enhanced CT;
4. The subject is known to be allergic to perfluorobutane gas or any component of Sonazoid;
5. The researcher believes that the subject is not suitable for participating in this research.
