研究目的：

1. 明确与普通面罩吸氧相比，HFNC能否改善高危OSAHS患者行无痛支气管镜检查时的氧合，减少低氧血症的发生。 2. 进一步论证HFNC在高危OSAHS患者无痛支气管镜检查中应用的安全性及可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine whether HFNC can improve oxygenation during painless bronchoscopy in high-risk OSAHS patients and reduce the incidence of hypoxemia compared with ordinary oxygen mask inhalation. 2. To demonstrate the safety and feasibility of the application of HFNC in painless bronchoscopy of high-risk OSAHS patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.凝血功能障碍或存在鼻出血倾向；
2.严重心脏病变，包括严重主动脉瓣狭窄、严重二尖瓣狭窄、严重心律失常导致血流动力学障碍、最近6月内急性心梗、最近6月内行心脏手术等；
3.明显低氧血症（SpO2 < 90%）；
4.上呼吸道感染或肺部感染；
5.患者拒绝参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coagulation dysfunction or nasal bleeding tendency;
2. Severe cardiac disease, including severe aortic stenosis, severe mitral stenosis, hemodynamic disturbance caused by severe arrhythmia, acute myocardial infarction within the last 6 months, cardiac surgery within the last 6 months, etc.
3. Significant hypoxemia (SpO2 < 90%);
4. Upper respiratory tract infection or lung infection;
5. Patients refused to participate in this study.
