研究目的：

探讨LFP在STN dorsol-lateral 和dorsol-medial区域的分布特点，及其与DBS临床效果的相关性。

Objectives of Study：

To record and analyze LFP from STN of PD patients undergoing DBS surgery with DBS lead in the dorsal-medial and dorsal-lateral of STN.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）非典型帕金森综合症（如脑血管病性、药物性、外伤性帕金森综合症）；
（2）帕金森叠加综合症（如多系统萎缩，进行性核上性麻痹）；
（3）心理和精神状态,认知功能异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Atypical Parkinsons syndrome (cerebrovascular disease, drug-induced, traumatic Parkinson syndrome);
(2) Parkinsons Disease plus (multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy);
(3) Psychological and mental state abnormality. Cognitive abnormality.
