研究目的：

（1）明确结直肠癌患者和肠息肉患者肠道基因组学差异，微生物群落多样性、差异及功能，以及宿主同基因组学、肠道微生物间的交互作用机制。 （2）进行结直肠癌患者的基因组学、肠道菌群、肠道病毒相关性分析，进一步阐明结直肠癌发生时肠道微生态失衡的共性及确切机制，为结直肠癌患者的诊断和治疗提供临床监测指标和诊疗方案指导。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify the differences in intestinal genomics between colorectal cancer patients and patients with intestinal polyps, the diversity, differences and functions of microbial communities, as well as the interaction mechanism between host, genomics and intestinal microorganisms. (2) Correlation analysis of genomics, intestinal flora and enterovirus in patients with colorectal cancer was conducted to further clarify the commonness and exact mechanism of intestinal microecological imbalance in the occurrence of colorectal cancer, so as to provide clinical monitoring indicators and guidance for diagnosis and treatment of patients with colorectal cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并有其他恶性肿瘤；
（2）合并有严重心肺疾病；
（3）患者入院前3个月有抗生素、激素或肠道菌群制剂使用史；
（4）严重腹泻或便秘的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with other malignant tumors;
(2)The patient has severe heart and lung disease;
(3)The patient had a history of using antibiotics, hormones or intestinal microflora preparations 3 months before admission;
(4)Patients with severe diarrhea or constipation.
