研究目的：

1.评价经导管射频消融对房颤患者心脏结构（包括腔室大小、构型）与功能（包括心房功能、心室收缩与舒张功能、心肌机械做功）等的影响； 2.探讨和筛选左室舒张功能的有效指标。 3.筛选预测消融术后房颤复发的超声心动图指标，为合理选择房颤治疗措施提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the effects of radiofrequency catheter ablation on the cardiac structure(including chamber size and shape) and cardiac function of atrial fibrillation patients; 2. Discuss and screen the effective parameters to evaluate left ventricular diastolic function; 3. Screen the echo index for predict atrial fibrillation recurrence after radiofrequency catheter ablation and help the physicians choose the optimal treatment for atrial fibrillation patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

房颤患者排除标准：①患有其他严重疾病，预期生存时间<1年，或任何原因无法参加随访者。②心肌病，如肥厚性心肌病、扩张性心肌病及限制性心肌病(心肌淀粉样变、血红蛋白沉着症和心内膜心肌纤维化)；③心肌肿瘤；④缩窄性心包炎。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria of atrial fibrillation:
1. Fail to complete the follow-up examination for any reasons, such as expected survival time < 1 year, or some other serious diseases;
2. cardiomyopathy such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, restricted cardiomyopathy (myocardial amyloidosis, hemoglobin storage diseases, endomyocardial fibrosis, etc);
3. myocardial tumors;
4. constrictive pericarditis.
