使用随机对照试验的方式比较使用细输尿管镜（4.5/6.5）治疗无输尿管病理改变的输尿管结石碎石术后，不放置DJ管（无管化）、放置输尿管外支架、留置DJ管的输尿管狭窄的发生率及术后症状的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to compare the incidence of ureteral stricture and postoperative symptoms after ureteroscopy (4.5 / 6.5) in the treatment of ureteral calculi without ureteral pathological changes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①因结石或手术等导致输尿管有病理改变者；
②输尿管狭窄者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. those who had pathological changes of ureter due to calculus or operation;
2. those who had ureteral stricture.
