研究目的：

对比MCI老年人、正常老年人、常年从事太极运动的老年人在处理不同难度的认知-平衡任务时的任务表现及大脑神经网络表现。 比较太极运动与一般身体运动对于MCI老年患者的双任务平衡能力影响的差异，为此类人群防跌倒以及提高生活质量提供参考。 利用fNIRS研究分析太极运动前后对于前额叶皮层血氧含量的影响，为分析太极运动对于双任务性平衡处理能力的影响提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the different performance of the dual cognitive and postural task among MCI elderly, healthy elderly and old Tai Chi practitioners; investigate the effects of Tai Chi training on the dual task performance in old MCI subjects; analysis the HbO2 level of the prefrontal cortex after Tai Chi training.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①　神经系统疾病患者，如帕金森、脑卒中多发性硬化等；
②　1年内曾发生骨折等影响运动系统功能的外伤或手术；
③　有抑郁等情绪障碍者；
④　影响训练或不能配合各项测试的急性或慢性疾病者；
⑤　有眩晕或前庭功能疾病者；
⑥　有下肢明显畸形或骨折未愈合等影响下肢运动功能者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neurological diseases;
2. recent fracture, trauma, surgery which affected the motor performance;
3. emotional disorders such as depression;
4. Acute or chronic diseases that affect training or assessments;
5. vertigo or vestibular diseases;
6. obvious deformity of lower limbs or fracture not recovered which affect the lower limb function.
