研究目的：

1.研究中国儿童重症感染的现况调查，了解中国不同地区儿童重症感染的发病率、不良预后发生率及疾病负担； 2.建立儿童重症感染风险预测模型、诊断模型，在多中心验证模型的准确性，并在多中心进行推广； 3.研究真实诊疗状态下不同干预方式的有效性和安全性，并在不同年龄段和高危因素下进行亚组分析，评估亚组人群疗效。

Objectives of Study：

1. To research the current situation of severe infection in children in China, and to investigate the incidence, prognosis and disease burden of severe infection in children in different regions of China. 2. Establish the risk prediction model and diagnosi model of severe infection in children, and verify the accuracy of the model in multi-center; 3. To study the effectiveness and safety of different intervention methods in real diagnosis and treatment, and to evaluate the efficacy of subgroups under different ages and high risk factors.
