研究目的：

1.探究母乳成分与粪便中菌群及相关代谢物的关系； 2.探究母乳营养与婴幼儿生长发育等指标之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the relationship between breast milk composition and fecal flora and related metabolites; 2. Explore the relationship between breast milk nutrition and indicators such as infant growth and development.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.早产儿（孕周小于37周）或出生低体重儿（出生体重小于2500g)；
2.乳母患有乳腺炎等病症，糖尿病，肥胖等代谢性疾病；
3.乳母孕期或哺乳期服用过抗生素类（头孢菌素类，喹诺酮类，大环内酯类，氨基糖苷类，磺胺类）药物；
4.近一个月内，婴幼儿或乳母发生过腹泻等胃肠道疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Premature infants (gestational age less than 37 weeks) or low birth weight infants (birth weight less than 2500g);
2. Lactation mothers suffer from mastitis, diabetes, obesity and other metabolic diseases;
3. Lactating mothers have taken antibiotics (cephalosporins, quinolones, macrolides, aminoglycosides, sulfonamides) during pregnancy or lactation;
4. In the past month, infants or lactating mothers had diarrhea and other gastrointestinal diseases.
