探讨6小时乳酸清除率（6h-LCR）在急性左心衰竭（ALHF)患者的应用价值，为临床提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To discuss the application value of lactate clearance rate of 6 hours(6h-LCR) use in patients with acute left heart failure(ALHF)Provide the basis for clinical

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

未诊断ALHF、支气管哮喘和哮喘持续状态、急性肺栓塞、肺炎、严重的慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）、其他原因所致的非心原性肺水肿（如ARDS等）、非心原性休克、服用二甲双胍、有严重肝疾病患者，排除非心衰导致死亡患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Undiagnosed ALHF, bronchial asthma or status asthmaticus, acute pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), caused by other reasons of non cardiogenic pulmonary edema (such as ARDS), non cardiogenic shock, taking metformin, patients with severe liver disease, exclusion of patients with heart failure cause of death.
