研究目的：

采取中医药早期干预与规范化管理2年后，能否延缓高血压早期血管功能异常的进展。

Objectives of Study：

Observe after two years of TCM early intervention and standardized management. the progress of hypertension early vascular dysfunction can be deferred.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、合并有12个月病史的脑血管病（脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、脑血栓形成、脑梗死及短暂性脑缺血发作）、3个月病史的急性冠状动脉综合征、失代偿性心力衰竭，严重肝肾功能障碍或肾病活动期。
2、过敏体质或对多种药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With 12 months history cerebrovascular disease and 3 months history of acute coronary syndromes decompensated heart failure, Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, Kidney disease activity;
2. Allergies or allergic to medicines.
