研究目的：

1. 比较关节镜下改良肩胛上神经阻滞（改良ca-SSNB）与传统肩胛上神经阻滞（传统ca-SSNB）在肩袖损伤患者中术后24h的镇痛效果； 2. 探讨肩胛上神经阻滞对肩袖损伤患者术后6w肩关节功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the analgesic effect of arthroscopic modified suprascapular nerve block (modified Ca ssnb) and conventional suprascapular nerve block (conventional Ca ssnb) in patients with rotator cuff injury 24 hours after operation; 2. To investigate the effect of suprascapular nerve block on shoulder joint function in patients with rotator cuff injury 6 weeks after operation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

符合以下任何一项排除标准的受试者，将不能进入试验：
A）明确外伤、肩关节骨折、脱位；
B）有肩部手术史；
C）肩袖大面积不可修复损伤（需补片）；
D）冻结肩、肩关节感染与骨关节炎；
E）精神发育迟滞或其他原因，患者行为能力受限。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects who meet any of the following exclusion criteria will not be allowed to enter the trial:
1. Definite trauma, shoulder fracture and dislocation;
2. History of shoulder surgery;
3. Irreparable rotator cuff tear (requiring patch);
4. Frozen shoulder, shoulder joint infection and osteoarthritis;
5. Mental retardation or other reasons, the patient's behavior ability is limited.
