Objectives of Study：

Discuss the effect of dance therapy on mental capital and job burnout of psychiatric nurses, and the effect of personality characteristics on the intervention effect.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①规培护士、实习护士；
②因病、产假、事假等暂时不在护理岗位者；
③研究期间缺席次数≥2次。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Regular training nurses and intern nurses;
2. People who are temporarily absent from nursing posts due to illness, maternity leave, personal leave, etc.;
3. The number of absentees during the study period >=2.
