研究目的：

基于近红外脑功能成像研究对侧控制型功能性电刺激（CCFES）联合镜像治疗（MT）对脑卒中患者大脑皮层激活模式的即时影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the immediate effect of contralaterally controlled functional electrical stimulation and mirror therapy on activation patterns of the Cerebral Cortex after Stroke using near infrared spectroscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 既往其他中枢神经系统疾病；
（2） 存在神经电生理、低频电刺激治疗的禁忌症：表皮破损、发热、肿瘤病史、戴有起搏器、颅内有金属植入物及其他体内金属植入物或有颅骨缺陷、癫痫患者、妊娠期、哺乳期、或没有采取可靠避孕措施的育龄妇女等；
（3） 严重全身性疾病无法参与研究：合并严重的呼吸、心、肝、肾、内分泌和造血系统等疾病者，如充血性心力衰竭者、心率失常、高血压未能控制者；
（4） 肢体有明显残缺或其他影响上肢运动的疾病：上肢严重感染、挛缩、关节手术、截肢、骨折、风湿或类风湿性关节炎；
（5） 存在严重认知、言语、视力、听力障碍（如聋哑人）或精神障碍等影响检查及治疗者；
（6） 近期参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of other diseases of the nervous system;
(2) Contrainindications for Electrophysiological test and low-frequency electrical stimulation treatment: damaged epidermis, fever, history of tumor, wearing pacemaker, intracranial metal implants and other internal metal implants, skull defects, epilepsy patients, pregnancy, lactation, or women of childbearing age who have not taken reliable contraceptive measures
(3) Severe systemic diseases could not participate in the study: patients with severe respiratory, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic diseases, such as congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, and hypertension;
(4) Significant limb disability or other diseases affecting upper limb movement: severe upper limb infection, contracture, joint surgery, amputation, fracture, rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis;
(5) Patients with severe cognitive, speech, visual, hearing impairment (such as deaf-mute) or mental disorders;
(6) Patients who recently participated in other clinical trials.
