研究目的:

评价上海龙慧医疗科技有限公司生产的骨科关节手术导航系统用于在骨科手术中手术工具及假体植入进行精确的三维空间定位,辅助外科医生进行全髋关节置换手术的临床有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study:

To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of the orthopedic joint surgery navigation system produced by Shanghai Longhui Medical Technology Co., Ltd. for accurate three-dimensional positioning of surgical tools and prostheses in orthopedic surgery, and to assist surgeons in total hip arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

TRex-RS骨科关节手术导航系统用于在骨科关节置换手术中提供软件定义的空间边界,协助外科医生了解骨骼解剖结构的定位和参考信息。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

The TREX-RS orthopedic joint surgery navigation system is designed to provide software-defined spatial boundaries during joint replacement surgery and to assist surgeons in locating and referring to bone anatomy. 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)本试验用药过敏或植入物材料过敏患者;
2)骨骼发育未成熟者;
3)活动期感染者;
4)髋部神经性病变者;
5)骨质不良不利于生物型假体固定者;
6)全身情况或伴发疾病使人难以耐受手术者;
7)髋部肌力不足者;
8)病理性肥胖者,BMI>35;
9)大转子骨量不足或附近皮肤覆盖不足,手术不耐受者;
10)严重股骨或骨盆畸形以及其他合并关节外严重畸形者;
11)关节手术区域有金属植入物影响执行手术计划者;
12)妊娠或哺乳期妇女;
13)患有严重的癫痫或精神性疾病者;
14)酒精依赖或药物成瘾患者;
15)凝血功能严重障碍患者;
16)入选时一个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者;
17)研究者认为因其他原因不适宜参加本次临床试验者。 上述排除标准有任何一项符合者则需要排除。

Exclusion criteria:

1) Patients with allergy to medication or implant material in this study;
2) immature bone development;
3) Active infection;
4) Hip neuropathy;
5) Poor bone mass is not conducive to the fixation of biological prosthesis;
6) Systemic conditions or associated diseases make it difficult to tolerate surgery;
7) Insufficient muscle strength of the hip;
8) Pathologically obese, BMI > 35;
9) Insufficient bone mass of the greater trochanter or insufficient skin coverage nearby, intolerant to surgery;
10) Severe femoral or pelvic deformity and other severe extrarticular deformity;
11) The presence of metal implants in the joint surgery area affects the execution of the operation plan;
12) Pregnant or lactating women;
13) Suffering from severe epilepsy or mental illness;
14) alcohol dependence or drug addiction;
15) Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction;
16) Participants who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within one month at the time of inclusion;
17) Those who are considered by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in the clinical trial for other reasons. Those who meet any of the above exclusion criteria need to be excluded.

随机化方法和步骤:采用分层区组随机化的方法进行随机,首先制定随机种子,确定区组长度,按中心分层,使用统计分析软件生成148例受试者所接受处理(试验器械或对照器械)的随机分组表。将受试者随机分配至试验组或对照组,使试验组和对照组的受试者年龄、性别、身高和体重等基本均衡。
