研究目的：

以拟手术治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象，评价单孔对比多孔机器人辅助胸腔镜手术在围术期指标与远期肿瘤学疗效方面的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the difference of perioperative indexes and long-term oncology efficacy between uniportal and multiportal Robot-assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.戒烟时间＜2周；
2.病变预计需行联合肺叶切除/肺叶袖形切除术；
3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
4.患有严重精神疾病；
5.5年内有其他恶性疾病史；
6.6个月内有不稳定性心绞痛或心肌梗塞史，冠状动脉造影；提示冠状动脉主要分支重度狭窄；
7.6个月内有脑梗塞或脑出血病史；
8.1月内有持续全身皮质激素治疗史；
9.经研究者判断患者不适宜纳入试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Quit smoking time <2 weeks;
2. The lesion expected to perform combined lobectomy/lobe sleeve resection;
3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
4. Suffering a serious mental illness;
5. History of other malignant diseases within 5 years;
6. A history of unstable angina or myocardial infarction within 6 months, coronary angiography; suggesting severe stenosis of the main branches of the coronary arteries;
7. History of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months;
8. A history of continuous systemic corticosteroid therapy within 1 month;
9. Patient is not suitable for inclusion in the trial judged by the investigators.
