研究目的：

1.通过与含铋剂的四联疗法比较，评价优化的二联疗法根除HP的疗效； 2.比较雷贝拉唑不同剂量及给药方式对HP根除效果的影响，探索根除率髙、副作用小、价格低廉、患者依从性好的HP根除方案。

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare with bismuth-containing quadruple regimen,evaluate the effect of optional dule therapy for HP eradication; 2. Comparison of the effect on HP eradication when using different dosage and dosing method rabeprazole, to explore a HP eradication regimen with a high eradication, little side effects, Low price and better compliance.

雷贝拉唑/铋剂/阿莫西林/克拉霉素

rabeprazole/bismuth/Amoxicillin/clarithromycin

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 治疗前四周内使用过抗生素、铋剂、益生菌制剂、H2受体拮抗剂和PPI及经CYP2C19代谢的药物 2. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女 3. 患者同时服用非甾体抗炎药、肾上腺皮质类固醇、抗凝药及酗酒 4. 存在其它影响本研究评价的严重疾病如严重的肝病、心脏病、肾脏病、恶性肿瘤等疾患 5. 对本研究所用药物过敏者 6. 胃切除手术的患者或胃粘膜高级别上皮内瘤变者 7. 在用研究药物前3个月内参加过其它药物研究 8. 难以完成随访或影响依从性的其他因素

Exclusion criteria：

1. Using antibiotics, bismuth, probiotics, H2 receptor antagonists, PPI and drugs metaboliced through the cytochrome P450 2C19 Within four weeks before treatment;
2. Pregnant or lactating women;
3. Patients are also taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, adrenocorticotro or alcohol;
4. the presence of other study evaluated the impact of this serious disease such as severe liver disease, heart disease, kidney disease, cancer and other diseases;
5. used in this study for patients with drug allergy;
6. gastrectomy patients or gastric mucosa with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia;
7. Participated in studies of other drugs before using this study medication within three months;
8. Other factors that were difficult to complete the follow-up or affecting compliance.
