研究目的：

通过相关的肺功能检测和更加客观的表面肌电图检测评价不同强度的吸气肌训练治疗脑卒中后呼吸功能障碍及呼吸模式的临床疗效，并进行各指标相关性分析。本研究将严格执行估算样本量，随机分组、盲法、并进行试验的国际注册。目标是寻找出更优的训练方案，以进一步临床推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of different intensity of inspiratory muscle training in the treatment of respiratory dysfunction and respiratory pattern after stroke through related lung function test and more objective surface electromyography test, and to analyze the correlation of each index. This study will strictly implement the international registration of estimating sample size, randomized grouping, blind method and trial. The goal is to find a better training program for further clinical application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）心血管或呼吸系统疾病史，合并心、脑、肾等脏器急性疾病者；
（2）其它可能影响呼吸肌的神经系统疾病；
（3）理解能力障碍者；
（4）近期参与过其它类似课题研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, combined with acute diseases of heart, brain, kidney and other organs;
(2) Other nervous system diseases that may affect respiratory muscles;
(3) The ability of understanding is impaired;
(4) Subjects who have participated in other similar research recently.
