Comparing the effects of play interventions and virtual reality technology on perioperative pain in school-aged children with extremity fractures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有其他部位骨折或合并其它器质性疾病；
2.确诊患有心理疾病的患儿；
3.有认知功能或发育障碍，无法有效沟通的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Fractures at other sites or in combination with other organic diseases;
2.Children with diagnosed mental illness;
3.Children with cognitive or developmental disabilities who are unable to communicate.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过培训的研究员收集数据。 数据录入采用双人双录，以确保数据准确性。 用SPSS 22.0统计软件对数据进行整理和统计分析，选择检验标准α=0.05，以双侧 P ＜0.05 为差异有统计学意义

Data are collected by trained researchers. Test data is entered by two researchers simultaneously to ensure data accuracy.
