研究目的：

（1）在肿瘤化疗患者中使用 AI-ECG 系统是否能早发现并早处理心律失常。 （2）在肿瘤化疗患者中使用 AI-ECG 系统是否能提高心律失常的检出率。 （3）观察通过 AI-ECG 系统管理的肿瘤化疗患者的预后，心血管不良事件发生情况。  

Objectives of Study：

（1）Can the AI-ECG system be used in cancer chemotherapy patients to detect and treat arrhythmia early? （2）Can the AI-ECG system be used in cancer chemotherapy patients to increase the detection rate of arrhythmia? （3）Observe the prognosis and occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events in cancer chemotherapy patients managed by the AI-ECG system

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①年龄＜18 岁或＞85 岁；
②入院前检测存在严重电解质紊乱及有意义的心电图异常者（心房颤动/扑动、Ⅱ度房室传导阻滞、完全性左束支或右束支传导阻滞、严重窦性、房性和室性快速性心律失常、急性冠脉综合征伴动态ST-T）。
③化疗开始前已出现心力衰竭、急性冠脉综合征等严重心血管疾病或有房颤病史者 ；
④严重肾功能不全（eGFR＜45 ml/min/1.73 m2）；
⑤严重肝功能不全等其他严重危及生命的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged < 18 years or > 85 years;
2. Severe electrolyte disturbances and meaningful ECG abnormalities (atrial fibrillation/flutter, second-degree atrioventricular block, complete left bundle branch or right bundle branch conduction) before admission Block, severe sinus, atrial and ventricular tachyarrhythmia, acute coronary syndrome with dynamic ST-T);
3. Severe cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, or a history of atrial fibrillation before the start of chemotherapy;
4. Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<45 ml/min/1.73 m2);
5. Severe liver insufficiency and other serious life-threatening conditions.
