Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of abdominal irrigation and pus suction alone in laparoscopic appendectomy for children with complicated appendicitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非腹腔镜阑尾切除术；
2.术中或术后病理不符合复杂型阑尾炎；
3.不配合治疗；
4.伴有获得性或原发性免疫缺陷疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those patients without laparoscopic appendectomy;
2. Patients with complicated appendicitis whose intraoperative or postoperative pathology does not conform to the standard;
3. Patients who did not cooperate with the treatment;
4. Patients with acquired or primary immunodeficiency.
