Objectives of Study：

To investigate the predictive value of the ratio of lactic with central venous oxygen saturation (Lac/ScvO2) predict happening MODS in the patients with shock.Provide the basis for clinical.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除资料不全、未按休克的复苏规范治疗、严重肝病、冠心病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、慢性肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤者及未完成随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude information is not complete, not according to specification shock recovery treatment, severe liver disease, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic renal insufficiency, malignant tumors and unfinished with visitors.
