评价基于欣赏式探询的组织干预方案对缓解护士职业倦怠的效果，为临床护理管理者提供有效的护理管理方法，通过提升工作资源（绩效反馈、工作控制、督察指导和同事支持）和个人资源（自我效能、自尊和乐观），减轻护士职业倦怠（情绪化、去人格化和个人成就感），以提高临床护理服务质量；  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the effect of organizational intervention based on Appreciative Inquiry on alleviating nurses' job burnout, provide effective nursing management methods for clinical nursing managers, and reduce nurses' job burnout (Emotionalization, depersonalization and individualism) by improving work resources (performance feedback, work control, supervision guidance and colleague support) and personal resources (self-efficacy, self-esteem and optimism) To improve the quality of clinical nursing service;
