研究目的：

维生素D被认为在2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的发病及糖代谢发挥重要作用，为此，我们对观察并比较补充?-骨化醇对T2DM患者?细胞功能、胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢以及抗炎作用。  

Objectives of Study：

It is thought that vitamin D has the potential role in glucose homeostasis and the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus. In order to investigate the role of vitamin D in improving islet b-cells function and the metabolic profile, anti-inflammation in type 2 diabetes mellitus, the parameters of serum connective peptide, HOMA-b function, glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, lipoprotein(a), serum hyper-sensitive C-reactive protein and homocysteine were observed before and after supplementation with 1 alpha-hydroxyvitamin D3.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

已知心血管疾病史(40岁以上，有包括冠状动脉、脑血管或外周血管系统临床动脉硬化事件发生)、肝肾功能异常、矿物补充、服用降脂药物及骨质疏松症者。

Exclusion criteria：

Type 2 diabetes participants those with a history of established cardiovascular disease (patients at least 40 years old and have a history of a clinical event associated with atherosclerosis involving the coronary, cerebrovascular or peripheral vascular system), abnormal function of kidney, liver or osteoporosis, taking mineral oil products or lipid-lowering agents were excluded.
